What is the age range, gender, lifestyle, income, and location of who you imagine purchasing from your business?
What are your key product/service features and benefits?
How are you communicating the features and benefits to your audience?
What is your vision for your business?
How do you currently measure or track the effectiveness of your touchpoints?

Be prepared to describe your customer journey across all touchpoints and interactions.
