Service Description

  1. We offer brand and website audit services to clients seeking a comprehensive analysis of their brand identity and online presence.
  2. The audit will be conducted based on the information provided by the client through an online questionnaire.

Client Responsibilities

  1. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information through the online questionnaire.
  2. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all content and materials provided for the audit.

Payment

  1. The client agrees to pay the specified fee for the brand and website audit services.
  2. Payments can be made securely through the designated online payment platform.
  3. The audit will commence only after payment has been successfully processed.

Estimated Completion Date

  1. Upon receiving the client's information and payment, we will send an email with an estimated completion date for the audit.
  2. The estimated completion date is subject to change based on the complexity of the audit and the availability of additional information requested from the client.

Additional Information

  1. We reserve the right to request additional information from the client to ensure a thorough and accurate audit.
  2. The client agrees to provide the requested additional information within 10 business days of being requested.

Confidentiality

  1. We will treat all information provided by the client as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

Ownership and Usage Rights

  1. The client retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with their brand and website.
  2. We may use anonymized and aggregated data from the audit for research, analysis, and promotional purposes, while ensuring client confidentiality is maintained.

Limitation of Liability

  1. We will make reasonable efforts to conduct an accurate and comprehensive audit; however, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
  2. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the client's use of the audit report or services.

Termination

  1. We reserve the right to terminate the services for brand and website audit services by providing notice via email to the client.

  3. In the event of termination, a refund will only be provided if the audit has not commenced. In such cases, any fees paid by the client for services that have not been rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
